Message	My friend had something like 3 or 4 unpaid tickets from almost a year ago. There were warrants for his arrest, but that must be pretty low on the police's priority list because he was pulled over since and they informed him that there were warrants out, but they didn't arrest him, they just told him to pay the fines immediately. He eventually got a lawyer, paid the fines plus some additional fines, and got it all taken care of. When he went to the station he said they had to put him in handcuffs and go through the standard procedures, due to some technicality. Then they let him go. : within the 30 day given period? I have a friend that has not paid and he got the ticket on the 9th of nov. This is in florida. thanks : adam
